How I charge
Every situation is unique. I start with a free diagnostic and then provide a clear quote with the available options (repair, replacement, optimization) and a time/cost estimate. Service can be done in the workshop, at home or remotely — whichever is most efficient and cost-effective for you.

- System reinstall : 59 €
- Software cleaning : 49 €
- Full optimization package : 85 €

Smartphone screen replacement
From €50 + screen cost (SAP: €25 + screen cost on labor at home if eligible).
Smartphone battery replacement
From €35 + battery cost (SAP applicable on labor at home).
Laptop screen replacement
From €59 + screen cost (SAP applicable on labor at home).
Personal Services (SAP)
As a registered « Personal Services » provider, you benefit from a 50% tax reduction or credit on IT assistance at home. Please inquire — conditions and limits apply.
SAP applies only to individuals, at home and on labor. A tax certificate will be provided on request.
Travel fees & service area
Travel is free within a 20 km radius of Saint-Chamassy. Beyond: €10 flat fee + €0.50/km (one-way). Service available up to 60 km depending on availability.
Frequently Asked Questions
Depends on the issue. A smartphone screen usually takes 30–60 min depending on the model. A system reinstall can take 1–3 h (including machine time). An estimate is provided before starting.
Parts supplied by Tera24 are covered by the manufacturer/distributor warranty. Parts supplied by the client cannot be guaranteed. Labor is guaranteed 3 months on the same fault.
“Fixed or refunded” policy: if the clearly identified problem is not resolved, labor is not charged (travel fees excluded).
