How to tell if your cartridges are empty?

  • Warning message on the printer or computer screen
  • Dull colors, streaks or blank areas on prints
  • Ink lights flashing or staying on
  • Low ink level shown in the control panel

Tip: print a test page to rule out a clogged print head.

Steps to replace your cartridges

  1. Turn off the printer and open the cover
  2. Wait for the cartridge carriage to move to the center
  3. Remove the empty cartridge without touching the contacts
  4. Unpack the new cartridge (keep the protection until insertion)
  5. Insert until it clicks into the correct slot
  6. Close, turn on, and run alignment or a test page

HP : Some models start automatic alignment

Canon : Often accessed from the front panel

Malgré la distance (près d'une heure de route), il a toujours été disponible et ponctuel.
